Delivery
All orders will be despatched as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and availability. If any item is not is stock, we will send it as soon as it comes in. Of course, you will only be charged once per order for delivery however many parcels we send you.

Guarantee & Returns Policy
We want you to bedelighted with everything you purchase from Tatan Spirit. You can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund orexchange. No questions, no fuss.
- Please ensure that all non-faulty items are unused and in a perfect, saleable condition, otherwise we regret we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please include the dispatch note in the package, and a note explaining your reasons for return.
- Send the parcel to: Tartan Spirit, JMY Design Ltd, Unit 1A, 1987 Maryhill Rd, Glasgow, G20 0BT
- We recommend you send items by recorded post and always retain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- We will email to confirm your return is being processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) 2-3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
- Please note that refunds for items bought as presents can only be given to the original customer and if you decide to exchange an item, we cannot prevent the customer from knowing.
Legal Statements on Returns
If you return an item within 14 days, it will be taken as a cancellation of your order, or relevant part of your order.
Goodsare provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will notpass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. Onreceipt of the returned goods, Tartan Spirit will provide a full refundof the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchangecredit as requested. However, you must return the goods to TartanSpirit on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
